Bill Kaeding
Owner + Project Manager
Bill came to Colorado to attend Western State College in Gunnison, CO. He enjoys being outside, mountain biking, fly fishing, camping and spending time with the dogs. Bill received a B.A. in Biology and a Elementary Teaching license and eventually an M.A. in Special Education from the University of Colorado at Denver. Bill worked in Jefferson County Public Schools for 20 years before making the switch to Roofing and Exteriors. Bill, Carolyn and the family live in Golden, CO.
Carolyn Elges
Owner + Project Manager
Carolyn is a Colorado native but left for college to get a degree in photography at UTSA. After college carolyn worked in advertising and as a freelance photographer. Carolyn loves to garden, hike, mountain bike, rock climb and take photos of her dogs. What Carolyn loves most about being a roofing contractor is giving great customer service, making real connections and helping guide homeowners through the exterior home repair process.
Sean Harper
Project Manager
Sean has been serving Colorado property owners in roofing and exterior restoration since 2008. With a background in remodeling, construction, and insurance-related project management, he brings experience, technical knowledge, and a strong service mindset to his work. He has completed Haag Engineering residential and commercial roofing certifications, along with training in attic ventilation, tile and other specialty roofing materials training and flatroof coatings. Sean enjoys working with homeowners, realtors, and insurance professionals to help make projects smooth and successful. Outside of work, he enjoys yoga, music, adventure motorcycling and all that Colorado living has to offer.
