Historic Project
Having grown up in Colorado, We have a love for our history and the historic buildings that make the Denver Metro area such an amazing place to live. It was an honor to work with Kaylee Kloster with Urban Neighborhood Realty on this project. This Historic residential home has been in Dana Crawfords family for decades and we were excited to be a part of the roof restoration and preservation of this beautiful historic home.
Urban Charm
This roof project was for 5 single family dwellings that had co opped into an HOA. A complex multiple dwelling project that started out as a weather related hail claim and became a complex restoration project involving multiple trades and plenty of TLC.
Prairie Project
For this project we were called into inspect multiple leaks on a Prairie architectural style house. The tile shingles were not keeping rain and snow from causing pervasive leaking. The solution, a beautiful designer asphalt shingle that had the look and feel of spanish tile with the durability and water tight seal of asphalt.
Modern Steel Roof
While working on this project, I was very strict about the materials and footprint of my work. My client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and I did everything to respect these wishes throughout the whole process in order to make sure they were satisfied with the outcome.
